All five of the Rotary clubs in our area sponsor the annual Oktoberfest with the proceeds going to PolioPlus.   This project, Rotary's most ambitious in its history, is a global effort on the part of Rotary to rid the world of Polio.

  • To date, Rotary has contributed more than US $1 billion.
  • Rotary’s leadership, beginning in 1985, inspired the World Health Assembly to pass a resolution to eradicate polio, which paved the way for the formation of the Global Polio Eradication Initiative in 1988.
  • Thousands of Rotarians around the world have volunteered during National Immunization Days to immunize children.
  • The PolioPlus program helps Rotary fund operational costs, such as transportation, vaccine delivery, social mobilization, and training of health workers, and support surveillance activities.
  • Rotarians work to encourage both donor and polio-affected governments to commit the political and financial resources needed to eradicate polio.

Craft Brew and Wingfest

February 18th, 2023

Another successful Craft Brew and Wingfest in 2022

The Craft Brew and Wingfest is our largest fundraiser of the year and the biggest event we do.  It takes every Rotarian in our club along with their family and friends to make it successful.  As soon as it is over, we start planning for the following year.  With all that is in involved and with as many people as we have attend, prior planning is a must if we are to get it right!  All of the money raised is used to support projects we do in Indian River County with the exception of a few projects we do internationally.

We had one of the largest crowds we have had in 2022
